Online training works by combining the flexibility to train where and when you want with the ongoing support of a dedicated coach. What tools do you use to plan training sessions?
We use TrainingPeaks, which is a very useful platform for managing online training. There we plan your sessions, track your progress, and stay in touch with you in real time. It allows us to have all your training well organized and adapted to your needs.
And on the other hand, we use WKO5, which is a more advanced analysis tool that helps us to break down all the data you generate in your workouts. With it, we can better understand your performance, see patterns and adjust your plan to get the most out of each session. It allows us to study everything in detail and optimize your training to the maximum.
What do the training plans include?
They include an initial assessment, a personalized plan, real-time monitoring and regular consultations with the coach.
